I was a Xavier student as well - so I know all about X and I know how things should and should not be. I felt the post from Sammy was a little out of line, so I responded. He called me out and this board and debased all involved. If the language offends you - sorry. This board is intended for ADULTS ONLY...
You talk about being embaressed by my response - were you embaressed by what a fellow X fan was saying about an X board? If people want to yell at me - fine - not a big deal for me - but as a Man, I will stick up for myself and this board. This board is here to talk about basketball, not Gary's board or Gary or even Pablo J. Escobar. These boards should not be about the moderators. I do not post to Gary's board to disrupt it - but Gary fans have free reign to bash me and my board?

You have every right to stick up for yourself. Sammy called you out, and you should have responded. However, I still feel there are other ways to do it other than lowering yourself to the level of someone calling you names on an Internet message board. This may be adult's only, but be assured that the link on the other board will bring people over here. I would just expect a little more class out of the people who write frequently. I know some jackasses are going to come on here and make fools out of themselves by showing some ignorance, but I want to read about Xavier basketball both here and on the other board, not a bunch of pointless personal attacks.
