Rubbing Alcohol is isopropyl (topical) Alcohol...already has water added (30%) it's for external use only, you can buy it here in the states in any drug or grocery store but I hadn't thought that it might not be something you could easily get in "your neck of the woods". Grain Alcohol is better.
