I don't know what your housing market is but over here people rent ther
houses if they can't sell on a 6 moth contract while they are trying to sell.

It gives them time to sell, money for the mortgage, and the people renting
have time to find a more permenant house.

Most of these people renting have moved from another part of the country
and need time to look around to find the best houses and schools.

I don't know if this will be an option for you, but good luck and my prayers
are with you so that everything will work out.

Nothing replaces the love of animals or people, and you have something
very special which material things cannot replace, although they do help
make life easier.
