Now you're making me laugh, John.

If Lois went back to her previous congregation to see what was up, she probably would not recognize anybody there. If I went back to my old congregation, I wouldn't actually even find anybody there. Remember, mine just dwindled in unbelief to the point that it had to be merged with another dwindling congregation to maintain the fiction that the First Presidency is boldly leading into the future.

That's why my old congregation has folded. Everyone else at my old congregation hated what the leadership was doing to the church so badly that they simply left. I didn't have to tell them anything. It just sucked so badly that they just left. They weren't excommunicted or locked out. The First Presidency doesn't have to do that any more, because it is so good at alienating everyone by its postChristian obsessions.

My congregation didn't leave to get away from my "bitterness and anger." I was the one who left them alone. I wasn't out front handing out pamphlets from Price Publishing, or calling people from the directory and giving them a bad time. I left them alone with the consequences of tyrannical "administrative decisions" by the First Presidency and the Twelve Apostates, may their paychecks be blessed. And left to their own devices, my congregation did what I did. They left.

You can call that nonsense, but if you'll go to my congregation on Sunday morning and look around, you see the real nonsense is what you see through your rose colored glasses. And the only pot is what is still sequestered in the cell membranes in the brains of the hierarchy who were smoking it in college. You know, someone who smokes MJ a lot ends up with brain cells that look black on photos from the electon microscope. That is because of the tremendous quantity of tetrahydrocannabinol still stuck in inclusion bodies in the cell membranes that it literally blocks the light.

And that is why, despite their huge intellects and expensive educations, the leaders of the Community of Christ cannot see. When they think they hear Jesus, its the THC talking.

George
