That's very good that the church is thriving.
The last discussion held during the Sunday service at Fairbanks when I was still there was how to get enough young people together in one place to have a Sunday School.

Will that be a problem after North Houston and Fairbanks have merged?

I have a lot of other questions, but no need to dump them all on you at one time. That might make them all seem related, somehow, when they are not.

But you have to understand, Joanne, that I am getting accustomed to being told that my information is false. When I mentioned the lesbian wedding ceremony at the Eugene, Oregon branch, I was first told that it didn't happen, that it was only a rumor. Then I got a copy of the service bulletin showing who was in attendance. Some of them were people who had told me that it was just a rumor. Then I was told that it did happen, but it wasn't a wedding, but a religious rite to celebrate the sexual cohabitation of two people who were not married. I wasn't sure which was worse; I was just convinced that neither was good.

I never wanted the church to fold. But to keep that from happening, the church will have to swap the iron-rodder members like myself for members whose motto is the same as Captain Nemo's: mobilis en mobili.
