Storm holds up a hand to stop him, "Adam, don't. She's more powerful than you realize."

Mara laughs quietly, "Heroic, boy. But not wise. Storm, surrender quietly, and he will be allowed to live."

Storm glances from Adam to Mara, then sighs, dejectedly. Turning once more to Adam, slowly, she whispers, "Remember: I always will love you." She drops the blaster to the sand, noticing the beetle scurrying around. Stupid bug. If you only had any awareness of the pain and suffering all around you. She walks past Adam, touching his shoulder as she passes, and stands before Mara.

Mara smiles, "Smart girl. Guards, take him. The Emperor has something special planned for him."
Storm's gaze snaps up at her, amber eyes blazing, "You said--" "--I said he'd live. I didn't promise comfortably. Don't worry, Storm. Your father has a better plan for your boyfriend then death." Storm looks about to lunge for Mara's throat, but obviously has more respect for the lightsaber. "You'll pay, Jade." she hisses, softly. Mara smiles, "I look forward to it."

As the modified Lambda class shuttle Veridium lands close by, kicking up a small dust devil, the two Royal guards step forward, motioning for Adam to come peacefully. The vibro-blades glint intimidatingly sharp in the moonlight.

As she is led to the shuttle, Storm looks back over her shoulder. "I'm sorry." she whispers.

OOC: Like before said, he can escape. But torture is soooo much fun. And it's not like I can kill him. That would be your job, but you better not, hee hee.... ooooh, so fun!
