Blast Bull:
Body Color: Blue/Red

Background: Blast Bull runs an off shore Oil Rig. In the past, he had done business with Launch Octopus, selling him the needed fuel to run his armored submarines. He was originally created by a Mech designer. His primary weapon is a fire projectile that sticks to, and consumes whatever it touches. Blast Bull recently forged a business alliance with Needle Porcupine to buy drilling parts.
Needle Porcupine:
Body Color: Dark Green/Brown
Height: 5.84 feet (roughly about as tall as Mega Man X)
Weight: 463 lbs
RPM Speed: 3500 rp
RPM Power: 5600 rp
Background: Needle Porcupine operates a subteranean drilling, and blasting operation. His team is usually called upon to break ground on large construction projects. He has been overseeing the construction of New Doppler Town, and is currently assisting Dr. Doppler in extra duties, which will be given to Saber Wolf upon his impending reconstruction. Needle Porcupine has a hard shell on his back, which is coated with razor sharp needles. There is also a mowhawk of needles attatched to his armored head plate. Needle Porcupine's primary weapon is the Needle Buster. A projectile with a solid metal core, the Needle Buster was designed to puncture the ground with a burst of rapid fire.
Wind Raven:
Body Color: Black/Red
Height: 8:00 feet (Wingspan: 8.00 feet)
Weight: 255 lbs
RPM Speed: 5900 rp
RPM Power: 6800 rp
Background: Wind Raven is the leader of the island's private Air Force. His original mentor was Storm Eagle, and that is what accounts for the resemblence to his fallen hero. He is also in charge of manufacturing bigger, and better air ships to use in service to the island. His weapon is a swirling blast of ionized air which can cut through any known type of armor. This attack was designed to rapidly change a reploid's internal temperature. The fluxing of heat, and cold would cause the victim's system to fail, thus eliminating them. Because of his shy, reclusive nature, Wind Raven has not made friends easilly on the island. He is cold, rigid, and easilly provoked. He only talks with Doppler directly, subverting, or ignoring Bit and Byte's authority.
Wave Tortise:
Body Color: Aquramarine/Blue
Height: 5.75 feet (slightly shorter than X)
Weight: 330 lbs
RPM Speed: 1300 rp
RPM Power: 5400 rp
Background: Wave Tortise contains a highly powerful armored shell. He originally assisted the Maverick Hunters, going into space with Saber Wolf on the mission to Destroy Sigma's Venus space battle station. Off the island, he owns a successful ship, and submarine building operation. In the past, he manufactured armored submarines for Launch Octopus, and Bubble Crab. He assists his partner Blast Bull with the underwater portions of the Oil Drilling operation. He also relies on work grade Mechs, courtesy of Razor Mantis. Wave Tortise came to the island in search of his best friend, Saber Wolf. He has no intention of helping Dr. Doppler, although he was put in charge of the island's seaport, and also is in charge of the sewer system, and the cities water supply. He is currently under watch by Bit and Byte, who must also gaurd Mega Man X. His recent activities on the island have led Dr. Doppler to be suspicious about him, but so far he's done nothing drastic to save his friend. His primary weapon is the "Wave Stream," a water projectile attack. When charged, he releases blast waves on both sides of his body.
