The first 4 specialists are:
Razor Mantis:
Body Color: Green/Yellow
Height: 7.24 feet
Weight: 219 lbs

RPM Power: 6800 rp
Background: Razor Mantis runs a Mech factory. In the past, he has sold Mechs to many reploids, including Sting Chameleon, and Blast Hornet. His latest ventures find him creating new Mechs for use in the islands local construction, and mining operations. He has also adapted Mechs for use in the island's underwater projects, and off shore oil drilling.
His primary weapon is the blades at the end of his arms. They are constructed of titanium alloy, and prove to be very deadly. Razor Mantis has recently become friends with the owner of the island's power company, Thunder Ram.
Thunder Ram:
Body Color: Blue/Black
Height: 7.80 feet
Weight: 324 lbs
RPM Speed: 4900 rp
RPM Power: 8800 rp
Background: Thunder Ram operates the island's power plant. He is always looking for newer ways to create energy from the natural resources found in the Earth. While new to the island, he has quickly become friends with Metal Scorpion, the island's junk yard owner. Thunder ram was coaxed away from his home in Metro city, when Doppler threatened to drain its power, and destroy the city. His primary weapon is an electric spark. An energy pulse builds up, and discharges. A projectile spark is released, and can be used to overload the circuts of any electricly powered machine.
Metal Scorpion:
Body Color: Red/Silver
Height: 8.23 feet
Weight: 438 lbs
RPM Speed: 2100 rp
RPM Power: 5800 rp
Background: Previously, Metal Scorpion had been destroyed in a skirmish with the Mavericks. His body parts, and control chip had been given to Zero, who had in turn given them to Scorpion's remaining staff at his old junk yard base. Doppler had his parts stolen, and has rebuilt him stronger, and faster than he was before. He has almost no memory of his past life, dealings, and loyalties; which makes him loyal to Dr. Doppler. His primary weapon is a projectile bomb.(called: Metal Bomb) When it hits a metal surface, it creates a magnetic field which ruptures, and scatters anything in the blast radius. Metal objects are turned to shards of scrap. Metal Scorpion was once good friends with Saber Wolf.
Saber Wolf:
Body Color: Blue/Gold
Height: 9.00 feet
Weight: 451 lbs
RPM Speed: 4800 rp
RPM Power: 9000 rp
Background: Saber Wolf is currently deceased. His parts, and control chip are being stored in the very same vault where Mega Man X is being kept. Saber Wolf once ran a mining operation, and when reconstructed will be in charge of harvesting the cities natural resources. At times, he has been known to assist his partner, Wave Tortise in his construction projects. He also purchases many work grade Mechs from Razor Mantis's company. His weapon is a plasma saber, which can cut through almost anything. He can also charge his plasma saber, and release projectile shots. Saber Wolf's mining company extracts minerals from the ground which can be used for making armor.
