I loved this ep.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU CC!!!!
I loved the story, (like what really happened to the kids?, how did the parents write the notes? and see those things?). The Mulder angst and Scully comfort, and I think she stayed with him as a friend and a friend only, too much touchy feely stuff would not have been right. It was a good example of their freindship and how much they mean to each other. Scully was gentle and honest and Mulder believed everything she told him. Mulder was able to cry in her arms it was so natural.
I also loved that Scully figured out the Santa connection. It was done on intuition which is Mulders strong point. It was so cool to see him shut down," I am too emotionaly close to this case I have to walk away and I need some time off" okay not exact words but to that effect. Then Scullys intuition kicked in, taking up where her partner left off.
The end scene was so spooky. I am getting chills just thinking about it.
BUT, if Sam is one of those graves in the field, why did CGB and the rest of the consortium string Mulder and Scully along for all these years with story's of abduction? Remember the clones, the kids in Alberta Canada, Jeramiah Smith......
