Another George Michael interview?

OK here I go again with this post! The power just went out while I was in the middle of it the first time. We are having quite the rainstorms here in So. Cal. You Brits wouldn't know anything about rain, would you? ;-o)

I think Mulder may have hung out with the Gunmen more in the early days, going on cheesesteak sandwhich runs and such. He probably got too busy once the conspiracy and all the alien stuff started unfolding. And any free time he has now he wants to spend with Scully. ;-) Hey is there any word about you getting The Lone Gunmen series in Britain? It starts here next month and from the previews it looks really good!

I'm not sure about DD but I think HE thinks he's funny. I heard a radio interview with him and he said his tombstone would probably read, "We didn't know he was funny." He may be getting encouragement from outside influences too. I think he's hanging around Garry Shandling too much.

Return to Me had a lot of angst in it! It starts out with DD's character's wife dying. He has some very emotional scenes. I didn't think of RTM as a big picture. It was kind of a small, low budget film. On the other hand, Evolution is supposed to be a big budget summer blockbuster and an all out silly comedy. We'll have to see how that goes. I agree that I would like to see him in more independent films in smaller roles. I hope he isn't getting bad advice about trying to become a leading man/box office superstar type. As much as I like him, I don't see that happening with DD. Clooney had a rough start but then he made some good choices and his film career is going well. Sometimes those Hollywood agents really know their stuff when they help guide an actor's career. If I could speak to DD's agent I'd have a couple of suggestions for her! She is Tea's agent as well, isn't she? And Tea recently filmed Jurassic Park 3. Another blockbuster. Well I guess only time will tell if DD is making good career moves or not. I will say I do NOT care for his red tinted hairstyle he's got going for his Evolution role. :-(

det, who will just leave this lovely picture of Mulder and his arms up a few more days since there was no new ep. :-)
