I'm inclined to agree with you dev. I always try & find something positive to say about every ep, but this one didn't really have much at all. The snappy one-liners were about it. It didn't even have anything interesting to say about high school social politics. Very superficial in a 'Scream' sort of way. The whole ep seemed to be pre-occupied with how cool it would be to race around at the speed of light. 'The Matrix' obviously made a big impression on David Amann because you could see he was just itching to get to the climactic face off between the three main characters. The physiological side-effects were thrown in to show that it wasn't the killer joy ride it appeared to be at the outset.
