The baby exits the house in some official person's arms I think and he looks pretty healthy. I thought that might be a "not so obvious" clue that we missed.

We seem to agree on "Fight Club"

As for the fainting, she was telling the LGM about the connection between Mulder and the other Oregon abductees. Frohike says, "Mulder is the one in danger" and BAM out she goes. So, you are right about alien involvment in that scene. I thought the first time it happened though that she was getting ready for bed, so no aliens there I assume.

who thinks you may make a good case for alien's as fathers/donors with that one, since presumably the area was ground zero for alien intervention and we don't see Scully fainting before they arrived.
