Scully was not IN love with him.

That whole, tenderly spoken, "I love you" from "Triangle".

And Mulder's extreme territoriality over Scully in "Milagro" = and I am not referring to Scully sitting on the bed. I am talking about when he querries her intensely and possesively about the "naked pretzel" bit in Padgett's novel and whether that was "a priori" or not.

And then there's all that gratuitous touching that Mulder does.

Honestly, up until recently I had my doubts about Scully's feelings for him, but never FM's feelings for DS.
