Subject: Amor Fati revisited after tonight's showing.

Ok, so I still don't buy CSM being Mulder's father, and I also don't think they took any of Mulder's genetic material for a transfer but here are my big "WHAT IFS"

1. We know that Samantha's name was put over Mulder's on the folder in the tunnel. My question after watching Amor Fati again tonight is: Was Mulder abducted as a very small child (or better yet--was Tina abducted and impregnated by the aliens)?? They could have done something to the unborn Mulder if she was already pregnant with him. CSM could have directed the aliens to take her or Mulder (as a child) and experiment on her.

2. IF Mulder was taken as a child (and had his memories of this wiped out) could the aliens have put some sort of alien implant (their own DNA material) into his brain along with maybe a computer chip like Scully's to control it?????

The doctors and CSM said that he was "living proof of a successful human-alien hybrid." Maybe what was put into CSM's head was Mulder's alien DNA/implant etc. which, in CSM, caused his brain infection/disease??? Maybe Mulder's body was able to accept it and not reject it because he was so young? Maybe CSM (being the old *#$%@ that he is) can't handle a foreign substance because he is just too old or else the aliens (if it is a computer chip) decided to get even with him for having another secret project going on behind their little grey backs?

I don't know--what do you think?
