There's a discussion going on over at Fox about Steve and Edie being a parallel to M&S! Someone said they got it from the Haven's site. Let's see if I can remember approx what they were saying... Something about how Steve and Edie didn't want to leave their home and that's where they wanted to be was similar to M&S not wanting to leave the confines of how their relationship was at that point and not move forward in any way. Stay as they were.

When I was watching the show I thought it was interesting how here we have S&E in this 17 year relationship (at least that--that's how long they'd been in that house) and then we have Mulder and Scully still at a distance after 7 years. Maybe they need some tips from Steve and Edie!

Speaking of flipping off. Again I saw this at Fox,in the scene where Scully is looking at Ricky after he's been shot she extends her middle finger as she is seeing the blood of his wound seep through. people contend she's slyly flipping off the camera crew but I don't know I Scully would use the injury of someone to do this. What does anyone else think?

When Scully wouldn't let the camera crew ride with her and Mulder that first time do you think it a paly because she doesn't want outsiders intruding in on her personal space/partnership she has with Mulder? Their time in the car is very private and when they do a lot of their brainstorming of ideas. (So I don't mean this as shippy
necessarily).
