CW has been busy reading her Gazette want ads. SMH had called her early yesterday morning asking about jobs and places to live.

"What did you have in mind SMH?" mused CW as she started to circle a couple of promising ads. "I need to keep you away from the library and the Klub. Bad influences on someone so new to the town" she muttered to herself. "Better start out with something safe until you figure out what's going on down here--more than I can say for myself!"

Hearing a horrible sound from the street, CW ran to the window and peered out between the blinds just in time to see two somewhat shady, albeit shabby chic, characters dragging a large gunny sack with something in it. "Now what are those two up to" she asked? "Everytime I turn around they get into more trouble than a kitchen full of hungry teenagers!"

Turning back to her newspaper, she turned on her security cameras that covered the sourounding blocks and started taping the antics of the bag and it's captors. "I'll deal with them later, first SMH needs a job and someplace to live."

Still uneasy about the prospect of finding a job for SMH, CW suddenly came to a decision. "I'll hire her myself. She can help me with my clandestine security business. There is so much going on around here that I can't watch all these tapes alone."

Glancing at the tapes, she decided that the sheriff needed to come running, and rang her up on her spiffy new PDA-GPS that also was a cell phone. "Code green, code green" she said urgently when there was an answer on the matching device used only by her and the sheriff.

After giving the location coordinates, CW locked her front door and started on the search for SMH. "Gotta find that poor kid before somebody gets hurt!"
