That's outrageus. I can't believe someone would have picked up a dog and then not called the person on the dogs identification to tell them they had there dog. He should have left it in the road to get hit. And what right does the humane society have to charge $75? The vet that looks at the dog to make sure it is healthy should do that for free. And the worm medicine and vaccinations they give the animals should be free to. And Hensleys should donate the dog food to them. The guy the got the dog put signs up allover where he found the dog with pictures and stuff and kept the dog for a week hoping to find the owner. And he didn't charge anything to feed it and take it for walks before he took it to them. I read in the paper where they get 1500 dogs every year. what right do they have to charge anyone for anything. It should be free.
