Subject: First Responder

Can someone tell me why New Northeast Union VFD is running first responder calls. There is agreements that you must meet (as a fire department) with Union County EMS.....Last time I looked they were not in agreement. "When not in agreement with Union County EMS, the department can not run car wrecks or first responder calls!"
