when you go to the nursery you tell the "nurse"usually someone who works there.She will then ask you to fill out an adoption application, just fill in all yes and you will be approved. She will then put on a sterile gown and go into the nursery. You will peer through the window and ask to hold the ones you find cute or the ones you would like to take home. Once you pick out the "one" she will gove you a sterile gown to put on you will go and hold your baby. You will then rock your baby and the nurse will take your picture via polaroid. At the end you leave with a birth certificate, paci, little bible, adoption application, and a beautiful new baby!!! The babies come in a white gown by lee middleton and also a hat and a fresh diaper.
