Subject: Making a Milk Bottle
In reply to: Katelyn 's message, "How do you make fake milk bottles" on 04:29:32 02/15/03 Sat

HI,
I make the reborn berenguer dolls and can answer your question about making a bottle for your doll. First, you need to seal the end of the nipple. This can be done by filling the nipple with candle wax, the same color as the liquid you are going to use. Your "milk" is then made with Elmers wood glue, mixed 1oz of glue with 2-3 oz of water. Mix until it looks right. You can also use off white acrylic paint mixed with water. It is not suggested that you seal the bottle shut, in case the need should arise to open it. Hope this helps, good luck :-)
