Subject: Hi Im Carrie and I'm 14.... I have braces and they arn't that bad. I was sapota only have mine for a year but then about 7 months after getting them I had to have surgery too... It wasnt that bad. Except i got it done the same day as my last dance in middle school (this was last year i'm a freshman now)! At the dance everyone wanted to see the stitches in my mouth lol. And the next day my mouth was all swelled up! BUt they gave me a prescription for some powerful pain meds and some anti biotics so it wuldnt get infected. But it didnt hurt at all when they did it... so dont worry! As for getting a doll i hope you get one!! They are so cool i have 2 and i'm getting another for christmas! well good luck w/ everything!
