Which bottle are you reffering to? I just bought two bottles from ebay , they are real baby sized bottles , they have a liquid that looks like milk, the "milk" flows to the clear nipple but doesnt come out . Its not the fake little baby bottles that Toys R Us sells. I just bought a 4 oz Evenflow clear baby bottle and I am attempting to try to make one tomorrow. I will let you know the results.
