sorry for asking if you sold them. i didn't mean to ask you to do something that might be illegal. i think your idea of a lawyer and consulting the company is wise. my aunt used to do things like that and sometimes they made her give them a small percentage of the profit but most of the time they said that as long as you made it clear to your cotumers that you started with thier product it was alright.
