Subject: She shrugged a touch but then dropped down into the couch and stretched out, kicking off her boots and wriggling her toes to get the feeling back in them. "Yeah, lots of learning. Your lucky, you don't have to learn anymore." She grinned teasingly, sticking her tongue out playfully as she took down her hair and shook it out. "How was your day, sweetheart?" She questioned curiously, biting her lip absently as she thought about how hungry she was. She was generally hungry though, more so then him, though she did enjoy cooking for him.

  • He grinned a little as he watched her, gaze impossibly affectionate - he couldn't quite believe how fond he had grown of her over the last couple years. "I paid my dues, baby girl. I understand exactly how you are feeling." He assured her with a wink and a lingering smile and then shrugged a little, flipped his books closed. "Not too bad. Long... But it's over now. You got a lot of work to do tonight?" That was the biggest dilemma right now - trying to get the motivation to study or mark or prep was proving to be quite the challenge these days when the alternative was lazing around together.
