Aty least not on the shows I watch. If the men are wearing suits the women usually are too. Sometimes both men and women are more casual like on CSI. I'll have to pay attention to see if I notice this trend.

On one show I watch, Covert Affairs, the female lead, Annie always wears suits--and considering some of the dangerous predicaments she gets in if I were her I'd want to be in jeans and some good running shoes!
