Because if they did and really cared about what their kids watched, maybe they would clean up their programs and be honest when they say it's for kids and families. Not everybody wants to watch the so-called "adult" programming. I don't care to as there is nothing there but lousy storylines, crummy acting and the same kind of boring music which lets one know what is going on without having to watch. Pretty sad when that happens.
