I finally watched this a coupledays ago. I thoughtr it might have some connection to the upcoming season whih starts soon. It certainly does!I had thought previously that this would be a stand alone movie.
It was very exciting. I had a feeling Carl Benton wouldn't survive since Jack would have to be the one to save him.

Was Daniels (Powers Boooth) the vice pres who took over when younger Palmer prez was incapacitated?
I don't know if I like this new prez. She seems cold. I don't think she'd get elected in real life.
24 has always been ahead of the game as far as electing presidents though!

Tony as a bad guy!? What will Jack do? Is he working for Jon Voight? I missed Chloe in the movie. Jack will need her coming up!
