What I still didn't catch what the the family company was. What exactly, did they do?

As for the father, I seemed to get the impression that he seemed to think Graham was a weak link but he gave him a chance. I think he killed him in order to cover his own skinny butt. Either way, Jack did not seem to want to have anything to do with his father or the business which makes me think that they were into shady dealings in which he wanted no part.

Now wouldn't it be a kicker that the brother wasn't really dead--they will bring him back once he is at CTU and we find out he was working for the good guys? I doubt it but then you never know what will happen in this show.
I don't think he ever was a Boy Scout--he seemed to be such a weakling.

Karen in the elevator--will she be abducted by the guy in there with her? She gave him quite a look when she got in.
