Subject: 24: 7:00-9:00 (spoilers a'plenty)

Holy crap. Holy holy crap. I mean, seriously. I'm still reeling a little bit. My roommate and I barely had time to settle in before the shocks came. I had heard that things happen quickly in this season, but I don't think I was ready. This is me and my roommate:

Me: Oh President Palmer! I didn't think he was going to be in this season.
Roommate: Oh Wayne! I LOVE HIM!
Me: I forgot all about him.
Roommate: He should take off his shirt--
Both of us: OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD!! OH! MY! GOD!

then

Me: Hey! Chloe!
Roommate: Chloe has a boyfriend?
Me: No way. Imagine dating her?

then

Me: Tony and Michelle!
Roommate: Tony still has his soul patch! Yay!
Me: Wow, Michelle looks hot in the pink tank top.
Rommate: I wonder what "expertise" they'll have to be called into CTU for this year.
Both of us: OH MY GOD! MICHELLE! NO! TONY!!! NO! OH MY GOD!!

And that was all before the first commercial break. Poor, tortured Tony. If he comes out of this, he's going to have even more issues. I'm sure he WILL come out of it, and be running around avenging Michelle hours after his surgery. We know he's a very fast recover-er. And of course they had to be arguing before Michelle left. But at least they shared a tender kiss. I would have way rather seen them making out. We finally get to see Tony and Michelle at home and we get no action? Also, he better not die. I will LOSE it if he dies. He and Jack are the only remaining season one characters. Everyone else is dead. Well, except Kim I guess.

So I guess President Keller died after the Air Force One crash. He wasn't dead at the end of last season, right? I hate that other president! My friends and I have two names for him. One is President Pansy. The other is much fouler, with a different P-word subsituted for Pansy. Although so far this season he just seems to be President Ignorant Jackass. I like that his wife is played by the Designing Women lady. Also I know she's sort of crazy and off her meds, but I hope she turns out to be a good female character. So far 24 has only been able to write one good, strong, wonderful female character, and they killed her in a car bomb.
