I'd go with the island curing Jin theory as while Sun may not have given birth by now (the season finale stated they were now on the island 65 days) she would have been getting morning sickness & not having a period well before now. Even if Sun had her tryst the day before they left for Australia, wouldn't she have seen signs by 30-40 days rather than the 50 or 60 it seemed to take?

In terms of drama shows, what a doctor says goes IG. Not in real life as my wife & I can attest to.
