Actually, he resurrected Colossus who had died a few years back (no one ever stays dead in comics). No deaths yet. His run is good because he streamlined things a bit, the X-Men comics have gotten so complicated over the years & there are so many members & enemies to keep track of many just gave up. Joss has a smaller group to work with & has introed new villains rather than the return of the same old ones again. Otherwise, I suppose it's not that amazing just yet. He did have an enemy emerge out of something the X-Men rely upon (like how I phrased that?).

My guess is River (when sane) has complete control over all aspects of her mind & body. She was able to fire & hit targets with her eyes closed in that one ep. I hope she has other cool uses for this other than just ass kicking.

As few have heard of the show, Serenity would have to be a huge hit for a sequel to be OKed, I just don't see that in the cards. The film will be left open & I think that will be it.

Some eps of the show were so-so (got sick of there being TOO much Western type stuff around-the covered wagon settlers, the whorehouse, the Reavers as Indians, double crosses, the crew like the cast of Stagecoach, old firearms, etc.) but there was always good dialogue & interaction if nothing else.

JW didn't kill off so many in the Buffy finale, really just Anya. Went nuts on Angel though. I guess there will never be a Buffy/Angel movie any time soon. That's OK, everyone needs to move on. Isn't David in some new kind of detective show? And Dawn is a teen queen in movies like Ice Princess.
