Subject: Bud's fate

I have been reading between the lines that the info that Kip the Jag Insider has been saying evertyhing is pointing to the Death of Bud Roberts realizing that what sense would his death make yes soldiers die in war why make harriet a widow and AJ without father and it saddens me Bud and Harriet were the comic relief on JAG whats next transfer Harriet and bring back Meg Austin

Lt. Emily I am being scarcastic.what is DPB's reason behind Bud losing his leg? What is DPB's rationale? Yes I understand that soldiers die or are injuried in war, why now and why Bud

I don't really want Meg back. To me the show is Harriet, Bud, AJ, Tiner, Sturgis, Mac and Harm. I would really like for Mikey and Gunny to be back permanent.
