I think DPB should be commended along with the writers on this one turning this episode into a warm and touching hour and wishing everyone hope and peace in the world. did everyone notice all of the story lines going tonite?

I totally agree with you. The Dec. 17th show was funny, heartwarming and just the kind of show I love. I forgot to turn on the VCR though. Did anyone else get it recorded ? I would love to get a copy for personal use only. Keep watching this show. As a military wife I am pleased at a level of realism you see now and then. Not to mention a good show!
