Subject: Is it a Dream?

I was as shocked as everyone else about the finale. What if Harriet or Bud is dreaming? If that was a dream sequence, it would sure uncomplicate next season, and Bud remains in the Navy. Any comments?

[> Hey, Janie!!! I prefer that it NOT be a dream. That would be too hokey, even for JAG. I think this storyline will really give PL the chance to shine!! -- Tammie, Vice President of the BLA, 13:05:19 05/22/02 Wed

[> [> [> Hopefully it is not a dream--not that I want Bud to lose an extremity. I don't think DPB would be tacky enough to make it a dream. I don't know if anyone mentioned this, but I think PL did a wonderful acting job with those few lines after the accident. He conveyed the in shock part of it but also Bud's sweet basic personality-- he was still concerned about the little boy. It will take some dramatic acting talent to pull off the recovery . I think DPB has chosen the right character/actor for the job. -- PB, 19:55:52 05/22/02 Wed

I was stunned, shocked and in total disbelief!!! I screamed when I saw his leg missing. NOT BUD!!!! I swear, if he doesn't live I will NEVER watch this show again!!! He is going to be alright, he has to be! He can still be in JAG, he just wont be able to serve on a carrier....or will he?

If Bud does survive his injuries, he'll be medically discharged from the Navy. He could certainly practice law as a civilian, but he won't be in the JAG corp. I was surprised when they reassigned him on the aircraft carrier. They obviously had bigger things in store for his character. It's starting to make sense.

How can JAG production staff that it is not a dream, if KIP said that the future shows have not been written yet.
