Subject: Silly little Questoin!!!

I know this is a silly question probably answered a hundred times but I looked and couldn't find it...I'm military and I've been away for a long time and I haven't been able to keep up on the show --- but.........

Bud lost his leg and I know how. But I was wondering if its camera play (like for Lt Dan in Forrest Gump), or if Patrick Labyorteaux has really lost his leg.....

Someone help me out here?

Thanks

According to Parade magazine, (the little annoying one that comes in your Sunday paper) Patrick did not lose his leg, and it is just CGI etc. They also quoted some one from the show saying that he is one of the most patient people in the world for putting up with it.
