From a personal point of view I totally agree with you, I think it's utterly disgusting. But on the other hand, a lot of people make the decision to smoke, and it's their right to do that if they choose. I think restaurants in particular should have a completely seperate smoking room, 'cos there's nothing worse than cigarette smoke when you're eating, and pubs and clubs should also have non smoking areas. People at least should have the choice to be in a smoke free environment, but they should have the opportunity to smoke if they really want to as well.
