Your head is full of locked doors. open those doors and you will unlock the the secrets to your self and why you feel the way you do. as you discover more and more about your self its important to change your behavior as well. We are creatures of habbit. we get addicted to good and bad behavior, so when you r use to doing something that is bad...your body craves that bad feeling even though you know its bad ( kinda like a junkie and heroin ). The trick is to get your body use to good behaviors. so in time it will learn to crave the good things instead of the bad. You will need proffesional help to unlock these doors. please don't try to do this alone...Good luck
