Yes, I'm getting good, at finding....out when I'm slipping...usually when I've had a bad week at work, or when people have been un-usually......distant, and cold to me. I find, my surroundings trigger's my depression modes. Some days I handle it better, but.....having a time out ......is helpful.....for me......and a good cry. Gem
