My husband does that too.....and he doesn't even know he's doing it. He smokes too! I don't know if the two are related or not? Hmmm? Anyway, I imagine, if its really bad...you'll have to take the bite......! Lol! Not to make light of your.......headaches or problems. I used to eat...alot....and now I can't due to diabetes. I wish, I could....excercise too.....I never seem to find the time to do it. ??? I don't know why....I know a good walk would do me good, you know? Best, GEm
