I just sat here and watched a movie on Lifetime about domestic violence. I knew I shouldn't but by the time I decided it wasn't a good idea, I was already interested in it. Now I'm all agitated and it's going to be hard to get off of my mind. I grew up in that. Watching this movie just reminded me of all of those feelings of helplessness, not knowing what to expect and terror that I experienced as a child.

Did you know that in this country alone, 3 women per day die from domestic violence? Thousands more live in fear.

I sat here and fussed at my TV. I was saying, "do something, call the police..."

Geesh..you'd think I'd know by now that if it's something about domestic violence...CHANGE THE CHANNEL DUMMY!!!

Some people never learn. Or maybe I'm just stubborn.
