things worth while don't usually come easy. It seems to be very easy for use to point at the things that seem to hold us down, I beleive ones energy is better spent focusing on that which is good, the lives you touched, the people you've help, all the things you've done without expectation anything in return.Jusy enjoying a nature givrn day!! What I like to call "From the Heart Stuff."

To me that is the way things whould be and I know to well it is easier said than done. My belief is that balance is needed in ALL things and that we should actcentuate the postive. I truely believe that the more people who believe this and practice this the more peace out WORLD will become.

For what it's worth these are mt $.05's worth of thoughts.
