Bill, don't give up. You gotta keep trying... your dad will die one day and it will be too late then. If you give up after a good effort, your conscience will be clear one that day comes. I am trying... and in someways, this is the first communication I have had with my parents in 20 years. They know their days are waning and they don't want to end it with a shattered family and as failures.
