First of all what does IAE meen? please remind me :-D

First I suggest that the mages alone have a MT. If 3 mages hit the same target it will hurt the enemy, so if Dario or Naltoc is MT he picks the target and the other mages follow. If the mage says "Mages Load" it could meen attack my target now with all speed.

Then the Area effect tactics that should be spearheaded by the palladins/warriors so they get targeted and buy the mages a few seconds more to do some damage.

Rogues will fight as a small team only going after cloth users primary priests then mages, or what ever the situation is atm.

We cant allways count on an offensive raid, due to few damage dealers, but it could be the other way around and we have to few healers. But even if we had many healers this time I still think we did alot of damage to the enemy.

The tactics of attacking and move back to the hill worked super, I suggest we continue doing that.
