Subject: It is very frustrating! It isn't always the dancer though, there are several schools that keep their dancers in grades or PC after they have qualified to move up.

So true. There was a dancer in PC who won 8 firsts and didn't move up to OC until after Oireachtas. It's trophy hunting. The same school also let a dancer into PC without even competing HP at PW. They make up their own rules.

My daughter’s TC had her go straight to PC. I found out years later.
