Subject: Not to mention that it could be embarrassing for the children if they came in Halloween costume and were the only ones. Not sure why they didn't move the Halloween Feis to Saturday and the West Virginia Feis to the date the Halloween Feis was. I'm sure it was a hassle, but it could have been done.
