Subject: A related question would be, Which States or Counties within Mid-America have imposed travel restrictions (actual restrictions, not recommendations) that prevent dancers from attending? Supposedly, there are some, which is why we have Regional Championships rather than Oireachtas, but I have not seen information on exclusions.
