Do you have a test meter? With power OFF, wait for at least one minute, unplug a failing solenoid from the driver board and check that it reads 300 ohms or so. Inspect it for signs of overheating also.

A driver transistor might have shorted and burned out the solenoid.

Check the others also.

It's very odd that only black notes are affected because there's no special treatment given to them. Do the adjacent white notes play normally?
