I like the idea of nominating people for certain roles. I also like the idea of having team leaders in each group. Perhaps once all the groups are set up and positions filled, each group can vote as to whom they would prefer to see as their team leader ..
Glad to see people having some input here.

I should mention here also that Thomus prodded me into thinking along these lines as well. Ta mate :)
