This forum DOES list items as they are posted. If you click on "Post a New Message" your message will be listed on top.

However, when you click on "Post a Reply to this Message", as I just did, the message to which you are replying moves to the top, followed by your response. Otherwise, readers would not know to which message you are responding.

If you want your message on top, use the "New Message" link.
