terry and mike, you both make good points. but if u allow me to put my 2 cents in, i think mooch was fired coz he IS too soft, not aggressive enough. he didnt know when to be aggressive. i personally think bill had something to do with mooch getting fired, but who knows. they(york and mgmt.) should have at least try to get a deal with mooch similar to what al did with jon. bottom line is mooch was TOO SOFT, he quit against tampa and the niner mgmt. do not want a coach like that.
